จำนวนกำลังแรงงานที่รอฤดูกาล

กำลังแรงงานที่รอฤดูกาล หมายถึง บุคคลที่มีอายุ 15 ปีขึ้นไป ในสัปดาห์แห่งการสำรวจเป็นผู้ไม่เข้าข่ายคำนิยามของผู้มีงานทำ หรือผู้ว่างงาน แต่เป็นผู้รอฤดูกาลที่เหมาะสมเพื่อที่จะทำงาน และเป็นบุคคลที่ตามปกติจะทำงานที่ไม่ได้รับสิ่งตอบแทนในไร่นาเกษตร หรือธุรกิจซึ่งทำกิจกรรมตามฤดูกาล โดยมีหัวหน้าครัวเรือน หรือสมาชิกคนอื่นๆ ในครัวเรือนเป็นเจ้าของหรือผู้ดำเนินการ
